Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ZENT Care account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is in its original condition, then include your printed return slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
